Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Commonwealth of MA (2023)

​

Conducted an organizational assessment related to the organizational culture of MassHire, a statewide collaboration of government, nonprofit and for-profit agencies connecting potential employees with potential employers. Sought extensive input from employees using inclusion strategies. Presented final report to Cabinet Secretary and statewide MassHire Board.

Mystic Valley Elder Services (2024)

​

Conducted an organizational assessment of management related to best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Managed an internal management input team throughout the 8 month project. Then designed and delivered an 8 month, 2 track employee training session for 350 general and management staff.

Cullinan Therapeutics (2020-2024)

​

Support the Executive Team in designing and delivering an organization-wide effort to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices into communication, executive, scientific research, and People and Culture functions (essentially, throughout operations). 

​

Massachusetts Cultural Council (2024)

​

​

Worked with Senior Director of Program Operations to design and populate a Massachusetts Cultural Inventory Database. This involved collection of primary data through interviews with 12 program partners in community foundations statewide. Also, collection of secondary data available through U.S. Census resources, and other nonprofit sources.

California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (2022-23)

​

Research this state agency's track record of grant-making as a billion dollar funder of scientific stem cell research. Train grant reviewers on DEI best practices. Review and recommend improvements to the grant making process.

Handel and Haydn Society (2019-2024)

​

Long standing relationship to integrate and actualize diversity, equity, inclusion, and access principles and practices into the organization from a business, performance, and patron perspective. Includes program development, re-design, strategy articulation, coaching, senior management team facilitation, marketing and human resources practice.
